Seypur : A two-year-old girl was playing near her house in Bandikui area of Rajasthan’s Dausa district when she fell into a 35-feet uncovered borewell nearby.
Subsequently, after informing the police, the rescue team was brought in and the rescue operation was accelerated. However, due to the rains, the rescue operations got delayed.
However, fire and rescue teams spent the last 18 hours trying to rescue the child. The rescue team rescued the girl alive after an 18-hour struggle while efforts to rescue the girl continued throughout the night.
The NDRF troopers dug a hole in the side of the borehole and rescued the child who was trapped 35 feet deep. The child was rescued alive shortly before and immediately rushed to the hospital.
Regarding the rescue operation, District Collector Devendra Kumar said that the teams were trying their best to rescue the girl, but due to the rains, it was difficult to carry out rescue operations.
