Lok Sabha Election 2024 : While the third phase of the Lok Sabha elections has already ended, the fourth phase of voting has started today (13-05-2024).
The parliamentary Lok Sabha elections which are to be held in seven phases have already been held in three phases on April 19, 26 and May 7. Today, in the 4th phase, voting in 96 constituencies belonging to 10 states and 1 union territory started at 7 am and is currently going on briskly.
A total of 25 constituencies in Andhra Pradesh, 4 constituencies in Jharkhand, 8 constituencies in Madhya Pradesh, 5 constituencies in Bihar, 1 constituency in Jammu & Kashmir, 11 constituencies in Maharashtra, 4 constituencies in Odisha, 17 constituencies in Telangana, 8 constituencies in West Bengal, 13 constituencies in Uttar Pradesh and Polling is going on today in 96 constituencies belonging to the Union Territories.
As of 9 am, it is 9.05 percent in Andhra Pradesh, 10.18 percent in Bihar, 5.07 percent in Jharkhand, 14.97 percent in Madhya Pradesh, 6.45 percent in Maharashtra, 9.23 percent in Telangana, and 11.67 percent in Uttar Pradesh In West Bengal, 15.24 percent voting was recorded .
A total of 1,717 candidates are contesting in these 96 constituencies. In this 4 phase election which is going on briskly, the competing political celebrities, film artists and public are doing their democratic duty. Also, the vote registration which started at 7 am will continue till 6 pm today.
