Anyone can do Savasana back and forth. Squatting on the floor can put pressure on the pancreas organ in the abdomen.
People who cannot lie on the floor can defecate while lying in bed.
People who cannot lie down can bend over while sitting on a chair and hang both arms down as far as possible and bend over for a few minutes until the abdominal pressure is applied. If you can do this, you can bend down with a pillow on your stomach. This increases the pressure in the pancreas Insulin secretion or may increase insulin sensitivity.
