Annanagar police have registered a case under 7 sections against TTF Vasan for driving recklessly while talking on a cell phone in Vandiyur tollgate area of Madurai.
Bike racer TTF Vasan has been banned from riding for 10 years in a case. In this case, TTF Vasan travels from town to town in his car. He is recording it as a video while driving the car.
On the 15th at 7.50 pm at Vandiyur tollgate area, a car named TN 40 AD 1101 was driving recklessly and carelessly while talking on a cell phone in a way that endangers the lives of the public. According to the complaint filed by Manibharati, the media monitoring officer, the Annanagar police registered a case under 6 sections against TTF Vasan, a bike racer, and brought him to the police station for investigation.
While he has already been banned from driving a bike for 10 years, while he was traveling from Madurai to Tuticorin, TTF Vasan has been charged with driving the car in a dangerous manner while talking in the car.
On May 28, the Annanagar police registered a case against Vasan, who was arrested yesterday for talking on his cell phone, under 7 sections including speeding, causing an accident on the road, and violating the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Act.
Now a further section – doing an act with the intention of causing death to another (308) has also been added. Due to this section, he cannot be bailed immediately.
