required things:
- Lamb leg = quarter kg
- Onions = three
- Tomatoes = two
- Poppy = a spoon
- Cardamom = 2
- Cashew = 15
- Anise = two spoons
- Oil=3
- Band = two pieces
- Cloves = 4
- Ginger garlic paste = 1 tbsp
- Green chillies = five
- Pepper powder = half a spoon
- Cumin powder = half spoon
- Turmeric powder= half spoon
- Coriander leaves= little
- Mint= a handful size
- Coconut = foot cover
Recipe:
First clean the mutton leg and add one onion, one tomato, quarter spoon of turmeric powder, few coriander leaves in the cooker and keep it for 10 whistles.
Then pour three spoons of oil in the cooker and season with aniseed, one spoon of bark, cloves and cardamom. Then add two finely chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and saute. Once sauteed, add tomatoes and saute well and mix with mint.
Now add half a spoon of pepper powder and cumin powder and a quarter spoon of turmeric powder and add it to the boiled lamb leg. Now add the ground paste, add required amount of water, add salt and let it drop for two whistles.
