How to prevent Hay Fever that is going to hit next week? Here are 10 ways!

Not only Britain, but the whole of Europe is set for a few days of extreme heat from next week. As a result, the Met Office has issued a severe warning that trees and vines will bloom more. Commonly, many of us have hay fever, a pollen allergy. If you go out of the house, you will immediately experience stinging eyes, shortness of breath, sudden cold, runny nose, and skin thickening in some people.

Generally, these pollen grains are in the air from the beginning of May to the end of July. They disappear by the end of July. But during these 3 months the dog will be barking and barking. Can’t even drive the car properly, can’t go out, immediately starts sneezing. 10 million people in the UK are currently affected by it. So if you take 10 people, one person has this pollen allergy.

What is pollen allergy?
This is due to the pollen released from the flowers that bloom from May to the end of July. I don’t have this disease in town (Sri Lanka, India)? If you ask why it is coming here. Summer is 10 months in Asian countries. So the flowers bloom naturally. But in European countries, plants such as vines and trees go dormant in winter and become deadwood. When they sprout again, they need to be propagated immediately. So nature has created something like this. That’s super-powerful pollen.

Some humans cannot tolerate these above 50% in air. As they try to get into the respiratory sacs, the body starts to resist them, causing a pollen allergy called hay fever.

How to prevent this?
Blocking is of 2 types. One is to block it completely and make sure it doesn’t come back. The other is temporary blocking. First let’s see how to block permanently. Pollen, which usually comes from trees, is not as virulent. But the most virulent is the pollen from grasses, vines and parasitic plants called weeds. Thus, if there is a beehive somewhere near your home, you can eat that honey, or if you get local (that area) honey from a nearby farm, if you eat it, the body’s immunity will increase. And it affects older people more. Especially people over 30 years of age.

Therefore, you should frequently engage in heart and breathing exercises called cardio exercises. In general, physical activity like swimming, running, etc. increases resistance. But don’t think I didn’t get better after doing this in June. If you do such physical exercises, you will start getting results only after 6 months or 9 months. Also do not trim the hair inside the nose for any reason. These prevent at least 35% of pollen from entering.

Temporary relief
There are many pills available in stores to get immediate relief from pollen allergy. But not all pills work for everyone. Not many people know this. Some pills are £5 pounds. There are only 7 tablets inside. But if you put it, there will be no relief. Meanwhile, a cheap (£3) pound pill from Tesco will stop the allergy immediately. So try several pills and see which one works immediately. Take those pills. Also the tablets should be taken about 30 minutes before going out. Many of us go out and run back to take a pill as soon as the allergy starts. If so it will not work properly. Also drink at least 2 glasses of water while taking the pill. (Don’t ask why, I’ll have to explain that later too)

Keeping the windows of the house locked at night, wearing a mask when going out, taking a shower immediately after going out and returning home, avoiding being outside for long periods of time, temporarily putting a flower jar in the house outside, in your car Pollen filterMany people don’t know that there is a system (i.e. draining the pollen). It is common in cars after 2010. It should be changed frequently. You can also buy an air filter (AIR-FILTER) at home and install it. These are available from £15 pounds (on Amazon). By doing this you can reduce this pollen allergy temporarily.

Many of us think that eye stings are caused by pollen particles entering the nose. That is wrong. Eye stings are caused by pollen dust falling into the eyes. Hence it is better to wear sunglasses while going out. If you like this message, share it with your relatives and friends.
