A laborer who abducted and raped a girl near Jeyangondam has been arrested in Bokso.
The all-women police arrested a laborer who abducted and raped a girl near Jeyangondam and called her parents on the phone.
Subhash hails from Nagabandal North Street near Antimadam in Ariyalur District. He is a laborer and has been in love with a 15-year-old girl from a nearby village for the past six months, saying that he wants to marry her.
And the girl along with her grandmother went to a private hospital in Antimatam. Then Subhash kidnapped the girl from there and raped her. And Subhash called the girl’s parents and told them about it.
Shocked by this, the girl’s mother filed a complaint at the Jayangondam All Women Police Station. Based on the complaint, the police registered a case against Subhash under the POCSO Act and arrested him and are investigating.
