This year’s summer seems to be insufficient for North India. In the last few weeks, a series of fires have caused extensive damage. Especially the Gujarat TRP Cam Zoo fire, Delhi Children’s Hospital fire and Uttar Pradesh state bus accident have taken many lives in a single day and shocked.
Delhi fire
A fire broke out at a baby care center near ITI next to Block B in East Delhi’s Vivek Vihar area yesterday (May 26) around 11 pm. Many of the children born at that time are also in the hospital for treatment. The unexpected fire incident left doctors, hospital staff and parents in a panic.
Trapped toddlers
All efforts were made to extinguish the fire immediately. The police and firefighters were informed. But 6 children who were kept on ventilator died due to burns. Meanwhile, 12 children have been rescued safely, according to reports. They fought for about 45 minutes and brought the fire under control.
What caused the fire?
The cause of the fire is unknown. A case has been registered and investigation is being conducted in this regard. According to the initial information, it seems that some of the oxygen cylinders in the children’s hospital exploded and the fire started.
Fire in Azad Nagar flat
Also, a fire broke out in a residence in Azad Nagar West in Shadara, Delhi. The fire department was informed about this at 2.35 am. They came quickly and engaged in firefighting. 13 people trapped in the building were rescued and admitted to the hospital. There was only one way out of this building which caused difficulties.
Fire at Rajkot Sports Hall
People were unable to evacuate due to the fierce fire and heavy smoke. Firefighters fought and rescued everyone. 27 people, including children, died in the fire at TRP Game Zoo in Rajkot, Gujarat.
