A huge mall
In this case, a huge mall is coming up in Ashok Pillar area of Chennai. It has been reported that this residence will be built by the Tamil Nadu Government Housing Board. The 22 storey wine glass shaped structure is coming up at Tri Junction Plot in Ashok Pillar.
10 floors
It is said that 24,000 square feet of the nearly 100,000 square feet of space will be allocated to this mega mall. It is also reported that an apartment will be constructed in the other area. Up to 10 floors are currently being built in this construction. Since all these construction works are twin towers, another tower will be built along with it. The remaining floors are currently under construction.
Udayam Theatre
Similarly, Udayam Theater was one of the popular areas of old Chennai. The Casagrande company has decided to buy the area where the theater is now and build a huge 25-storey building. An apartment building is to be built on an office and residential basis.
People are happy
As there are reports that Lulu Mall is already in the area where Prarthana Theater is located in Chennai, the next mall will be located in Ashok Nagar. All these works are expected to start before Lulu Mall. People are all happy because the big mall is coming.
