Chief Minister M.K.Stalin has condoled the death of one person in an explosion in a firecracker godown near Viralimalai in Pudukottai district.
In a social media post released by Chief Minister M.K.Stalin in this regard, a terrible explosion occurred in a firecracker godown due to an electrical leak during welding at Athipallam near Viralimalai, Pudukottai district. One person died in an explosion in a firecracker manufacturing godown. He has been identified as a youth named Karthik. Also, the owner of the firecracker factory, Velmurugan, has been admitted to Manparai Hospital for treatment.
In this situation, Chief Minister Stalin has expressed his condolences to the deceased who died in an explosion at Viralimalai firecracker godown in Pudukottai. In a statement issued in this regard, he said, “I offer my condolences to the families of the deceased and their relatives. Appropriate relief will be provided to the families of those who died in the accident and those who were injured,” he said.
