The shooting of the scenes involving Rajinikanth in ‘Vettaiyan’ directed by Gnanavel has been completed.
Vediyaan is Rajinikanth’s 170th film after the success of Jailer. The movie is directed by the famous Gnanavel who directed Jaybeam. The film is produced by Lyca. Anirudh is composing music for the film. Amitabh Bachchan, Rana Dagupathi, Faqat Fazil, Tushara Vijayan, Manju Wariyar, Ritika Singh and many others are playing important roles in the film Vediyaan.
The shooting of the film started in Andhra Pradesh and was alternated between Mumbai, Puducherry, Kerala and Nellie. Scenes featuring Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth were shot in Mumbai. Following this, the fight scenes were shot in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. After that, the final shooting of Vedatiyan was going on briskly in Puducherry.
