Rs 25 lakh financial assistance to the family of a policeman who died in a road accident in Chennai

Chief Minister M. K. Stalin has ordered to provide financial assistance of Rs. 25 lakh to the family of the Ennore traffic policeman who died in a road accident in Chennai.
In this regard, Chief Minister M. K. Stalin has said in a press release that:- Lakshmanan (37), who was working as a constable in the traffic division of Ennore Police Station, Chennai, was seriously injured in an accident when he unexpectedly collided with a crane on the side of the road when he was riding a two-wheeler on the Manali-Ennore Expressway to participate in a police training parade to be held in Ambattur this morning. He was immediately admitted to Stanley Government Hospital, Chennai for treatment.
I was deeply saddened and saddened to hear the tragic news that he died at 8 o’clock this morning despite intensive treatment there.
The death of Traffic Constable Lakshmanan is an irreparable loss to the Tamil Nadu Police and his family.
“I express my deepest condolences and condolences to the bereaved family of Lakshmanan, his relatives and those who work with him, and I have ordered a relief fund of twenty five lakh rupees to his family,” he said.
