Chennai: A 5-year-old girl was bitten by Rottweiler dogs in Chennai which has caused a lot of shocks, and the Chennai Corporation has sent a notice to its owner.
Raghu works as a security guard at the Corporation Park in the Madal School area of Ayaar Panna, Chennai. His 5-year-old daughter Sudha was playing in the park this morning when Pugahendi’s two Rottweiler dogs pounced on the girl and bit her. The Rottweiler dogs viciously bit Sonia, the girl’s mother, who tried to stop this. The dogs bit the girl for about 15 minutes and then left the girl with the efforts of the bystanders. What’s worse is that the dog’s owner was having fun watching all of this.
Following this, those present took Sudha and her mother Sonia who were lying in a pool of blood to the Rajiv Gandhi Government Hospital. From there they were shifted to Apollo Hospital for further treatment. It is said that the health of the girl Sudha is critical. Chennai Corporation Commissioner Radhakrishnan, who returned after seeing the girl, said, “11 inches of skull was missing from the girl’s head.”
In this case, it was found that the owner of the Rottweiler dogs that bit the girl had bred the dogs without a license. Subsequently, a notice has been sent by the Chennai Corporation to dispose of the two Rottweiler dogs within 7 days. Failure to do so, the corporation will confiscate the dogs and action will be taken against the owners of the dogs, the notice said.
