Therefore, the lawyer said that he has sent a judge in person to examine the health condition of Shawku Shankar.

His lawyer had said that Chavik Shankar was assaulted in the Coimbatore jail and his hand was injured. In this situation, the Tamil Nadu Prison Department ATGP has clarified that Chavku Shankar was not assaulted in the jail and no prisoner is assaulted in the jail.
“Shawku Shankar was not assaulted in jail. He is fine without any injury. The injury may have been caused by a vehicle accident. Medical tests are being conducted on that.
