How to make egg pulao?
Ingredients for Egg Pulau:
Egg- 4
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2
Ginger, garlic paste – one spoon
Yogurt – 4 spoons
Cashews – 5
Coriander- a little
Band – 2
Cinnamon – 2
Cloves – 2
Green Chillies – 2
Chilli powder- little
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Oil and ghee – as required
Salt – required quantity
Milk – one cup
2 cups of rice
Water – 3 cups
How to make egg pulao:
To make egg pulao, first grind together bark, cinnamon, cloves, curd, green chillies, coriander, mint and cashew nuts in a mixer jar. At the same time four eggs should be boiled and taken. Then keep onion and tomato chopped.
Also pour some oil in a pan or cooker and fry the boiled eggs along with turmeric powder and chilli powder. Then transfer it to another plate.
Now fry it in oil and ghee along with chopped onions. When the onions are golden brown, add ginger and garlic paste and fry them. Next add tomatoes and saute. After the tomatoes are fried well, add the ground coriander, mint and cashew masala and fry well until the green smell goes away. After that add one cup of milk and 3 cups of water and wash the rice well. Now cover the pan and boil for 15 minutes. Finally add the fried egg and stir gently. That’s it Easy Egg Pulao is ready.
