WhatsApp owned by Meta Company has huge number of users all over the world. Introducing user-friendly features, the company is also paying special attention to user privacy and security. As of now, WhatsApp provides a feature for profile picture.
It caters to Android and Apple users. That is, in the new feature, it prohibits taking a screenshot of another user’s profile picture on WhatsApp. While earlier the company banned saving profile picture, now it is also being introduced.
The company said that this feature is being introduced to ensure the privacy and security of the users. It is being tested for delivery to Apple users.
