HCL Tech : HCL Tech has set a target of creating 10,000 new jobs in the current financial year.
A consultation meeting for the current financial year FY25 (Financial Year 2025) was held yesterday at the famous HCL Tech IT company in the Indian technology world. At that time, the employment target set in the last financial year, the manner in which it was implemented, and the current financial year employment target were discussed.
In this regard, HCL Tech’s spokesperson Ramachandran Sundarajan said that we have set a target of creating 15 thousand jobs in the last FY24 (2024) financial year. In the last quarter alone, 3,096 people were given employment and finally 12,141 new jobs were created in the last financial year. A total of 2,27,481 people are working in HCL Tech at the end of last financial year.
HCL Tech executive Ramachandran Sundarajan said that considering the company’s performance and employment of contract employees in the last financial year, we have set a target of creating employment for 10,000 new people in FY25.
This 10 thousand employment target, they have said that they will hire as many employees as required every quarter, and the employment of contract employees will depend on the domestic needs, and if there is domestic demand, they will hire contract employees, and then they will be converted into permanent employees depending on the performance of the contract employees.
