105 people died in the violence in Bangladesh.. Lockdown across the country to control the riots.

The government of Bangladesh was giving 30 percent reservation in government jobs to the families of soldiers who died in the war against Pakistan. But a group of students protested against this. Due to this, the reservation system for the year 2018 has been suspended.

Now the government of the country has again announced the implementation of the 30 percent reservation. Students across Bangladesh have been protesting against this for the past few days. The protest turned into a protest between two groups of students and violence broke out.

Public property was damaged. The police used tear gas and rubber bullets to control the violence. This led to a clash between the students and the police.

More than 100 people were killed in this conflict. Thousands were injured. Internet services have been banned across the country to prevent the riots from spreading further. As the situation escalated, troops were deployed across the country.

A curfew has also been imposed across the country. All gatherings and rallies have been banned in the capital Dhaka. Officials have said that this action has been taken to ensure the safety of the public.

Meanwhile, student bodies have demanded that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s government should take responsibility for the loss of life during the protest and resign immediately. It has been reported that 52 people have been killed in the capital Dhaka only yesterday.

Protesting students broke into a prison in Narsingdi district of Bangladesh and set prisoners on fire, police officials said. Officials also said that more than 100 prisoners escaped. The students’ protest has been a major challenge for the regime of Sheikh Hasinawan, who has been the Prime Minister for the past 15 years
