Chennai: Employees working in government hospitals are allocated working hours on Shift Base basis.
The Department of Medical and Public Welfare has issued an order in which working hours have been allocated to the shop staff working in all government medical colleges, hospitals and primary health centers under the Medical and Welfare Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu.
Accordingly, the time has been allotted as 6 am to 2 pm (1 shift), 1 pm to 9 pm (2 shift) and 8 pm to 6 am (3 shift).
As mentioned above, assign it as a rotational task based on Shift Base. Further, 50 per cent of the in-service Nursing Assistant Grade-II and shop staff, hospital staff and cleaners (D Group) will be recruited in the first cycle, 25 per cent in the second cycle and 25 per cent in the third cycle.
