Delhi : The 6th phase of polling started today at 7 am and till 9 am, 10.82% polling percentage has been recorded.
Polling for the 6th phase of parliamentary elections is taking place from 7 am today in all 58 constituencies in 6 states including Delhi and Haryana. 889 candidates are contesting in the 6th phase election. In this election which started at 7 am, 10.82% voter turnout till 9 am.
Also, elections are being held today for 7 constituencies in Delhi and 10 constituencies in Haryana. So far, voting is underway in 14 constituencies in Uttar Pradesh, 8 constituencies each in Bihar and West Bengal, 6 constituencies in Odisha, 4 constituencies in Jharkhand and 1 constituency in Jammu & Kashmir.
At the same time as the parliamentary elections are going on, voting is going on today for all the 42 assembly constituencies in the state of Odisha. The polling started at 7 am and will end at 6 pm today. Since 7 am people have been eagerly standing in long queues to perform their democratic duty.
As of 9 am, 10.82% voting percentage has been reported.
