The film stars Naslan K Kafur and Mamita Baija in lead roles, with Sangeet Pratap, Shyam Mohan, Meenakshi Ravindran, Akila Bargavan and Altaf Saleem in supporting roles.
Speaking at the film’s success, director Krish AD said, “I can’t say much about Premalu 2, but I can confirm that it will be more fun than the first part.”
