Milk work – Let’s see how to make a milk pan to spend this summer vacation with a bang.
Materials Required:
- Tamarind = 1 cup
- Gram flour = 1 cup
- Whole coconut =1
- Cardamom powder = 1 spoon
- Sugar = as required
- A pinch of salt
- Oil = as required
Recipe:
First, wash the urad and tamarind three times and soak for four hours. Then add a little salt and grind it finely in a mixer. Flour should be for idli flour. Do not grind by adding too much water.
Now take coconut milk and keep it ready. Taking milk twice is enough. After taking the milk add sugar as per your taste. Keep adding cardamom powder to it.
Heat oil in a pan. Take the flour that has been ground in the oil into small balls and fry until golden brown. Then add the roasted saffron to lukewarm water and stir.
Only then will the excess oil in it come out. Now soak the paniyar in coconut milk for half an hour and the delicious milk paniyar will be ready.
