Pune : On May 19, the 17-year-old son of a well-known construction worker in Pune allegedly drove a Porsche Taigaon under the influence of alcohol and lost control and crashed into a two-wheeler in Kalyani Nagar area, killing two people.
In this case that shook the nation, the Bombay High Court has issued an order granting bail to a 17-year-old boy who was lodged in a juvenile jail. A few days ago, Vishal’s father, who was arrested for altering evidence, was granted bail while the family including the man was serving jail time. But his mother and grandfather are still in jail.
The order was passed on a petition filed by the paternal aunt of the 17-year-old boy. As per the order, the Bombay High Court allowed the boy to remain in the care of his paternal aunt.
