PTI shared a video online showing a white car in a huge pothole on a road in Gandhinagar following heavy rains in Gujarat on Sunday.
Heavy rains in Gujarat have disrupted normal life in many cities. Especially in the cities of Ahmedabad and Surat, traffic has been disrupted due to waterlogging. Balsana in Surat district recorded the highest rainfall of 153 mm in 10 hours in the state.
Commenting on the video, an X user wrote, “While the Gujarat model faces challenges, the accountability lies not only with the organization but also with those who once took credit for its inception. We will demand transparency, media effort and active citizen participation.” mentioned that.
A second user asked, “Are Gujarat roads too weak?” asked that. A third user commented, “Shameless people standing there not helping.”
A fourth user replied, “It turned out to be an ice cream…Gujarat people, make reels with this video and increase your followers.”

According to the India Meteorological Department, the wet weather is expected to continue for the next 4 days and a warning of rain has been issued across the state.
