Masala Tea– How to prepare Manakka Manakka Masala Tea.
required things;
- Anise = 2 tbsp
- Bark = ten grams
- Pepper = 10 grams
- Chestnut = 2 pcs
- Cloves = 5 grams
- Sukku = two pieces
- Cardamom = 10-15 grams
recipe;
Roast aniseed, bark, chillies, nutmeg, cloves and cardamom in medium heat until fragrant. Chop the suk into two or three and fry it. Fry carefully taking care not to burn the spices and keep it cool. Now grind the aryams coarsely.
Method of making tea;
Add one tumbler of water in a vessel, add one spoon of tea powder and one spoon of sugar and boil it. Now add a glass of milk and once it comes to a boil, add half a spoon of ground masala tea powder and let it boil for two minutes. Let it boil till the tea comes to a boil. Only then will the taste be more intense. Now strain the tea and the masala tea is ready to smell.
