103Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena, Minister of Public Administration Internal Affairs, Provincial Councils and Local Government, visited Jaffna today (12).
Participated in various events held in Jaffna and Kilinochchi districts.
Earlier this morning, the Prime Minister attended the Jaffna District Development Committee meeting, followed by the opening ceremony of the new post office building constructed at Sunnaga, the distribution of fishing gear and dry food to fishermen’s families, and the permanent appointment of government employees who were appointed on a temporary basis.
Following them, the prime minister also participated in the opening ceremony of the new business service station located at the Kilinochchi District Secretariat and the Kilinochchi District Development Committee meeting.
