This dish takes just 15 minutes to make. If you do as Chef Bud says, the taste will be superb.

2 onions
3 spoons of oil
2 bars
7 cloves
3 Brinjhi leaves
5 cardamom
Half a spoonful of cumin seeds
Salt
3 spoons of ginger garlic paste
Half spoon turmeric powder
2 spoons of jaggery powder
1 spoon chili powder
Half spoon garam masala
1 tumbler of water
4 tomatoes chopped
2 teaspoons of sugar
Method: Add oil to a pan and stir in the bark, cloves, brinjal leaves, cardamom and cumin seeds. Continue adding onions and stirring with salt. Keep adding ginger and garlic paste and cook. Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and stir. Keep adding water and keep boiling. Keep adding tomato paste and stirring. Continue adding 2 tbsp of sugar. Boil for 5 minutes. Keep adding chopped paneer to it. After turning off the stove add 1 spoon of curd and stir.
