The upcoming US presidential election will be held on November 5. Biden and Trump are vying for a second term as president.
America’s CNN Television is hosting two live debates for the presidential election. The first debate took place yesterday (28) Sri Lanka time.
Participating in this, Biden and Trump did not shake hands. Biden occasionally stuttered as he spoke. Trump accused immigrants of committing crimes. Biden responded that he said so without evidence.
Trump called Biden the worst president in American history and said Trump was convicted by the court.
They discussed inflation, the economy, Social Security for Americans, the war in Ukraine, the war in Gaza, climate change, and more.
The discussion which started off calm became heated at one point. The two got into a personal argument.
