30.06.2024 and 01.07.2024: Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning may occur at a few places in Tamil Nadu, Puduvai and Karaikal due to variation in speed of westerly winds. Heavy rain is likely at a couple of places over hilly areas of Nilgiris and Coimbatore districts. 02.07.2024 to 06.07.2024: Light to moderate rain may occur at a couple of places in Tamil Nadu, Puduvai and Karaikal.
For Chennai and its suburbs, the sky will remain partly cloudy for the next 24 hours. Light/moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely at few places in the city. The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 34°C and the minimum temperature is likely to hover around 27-28°C.
