Hyderabad : Two separate customers have lodged their complaints on social networking site X Site about the biryani they ordered through popular food delivery company Swiggy.
Athavata, a user named Avinash alleged that the panneer biryani ordered from Mehfil, a popular restaurant in Hyderabad, contained chicken bones.
Earlier, another similar complaint was filed by Sai Teja. He was shocked to find a worm in the chicken biryani he ordered from the same restaurant, Mehfil. Later, Sai Teja shared photos of a worm lying in a piece of curry in the chicken biryani.

After this, he claims that he paid Rs.318 for the chicken biryani he ordered from Swiggy, and despite informing him about this, only Rs.64 was returned to him. The incident took place last Saturday.
Following that complaint, Avinash added his complaint to Sai Teja’s complaint. Responding to Avinash, a care executive at Swiggy said, “Hi, We are very sorry to hear that you have received a non-veg item in your vegetarian order. Please share the order id so that we can get the details and help you better.” mentioned that

People are a bit shocked to see such controversial content in the food ordered from such a popular store.
