Japanese people either walk or cycle to get from one place to another.
We all take a vacation once a week. But they indulge themselves in their favorite activities on those holidays, especially cycling, running and swimming.

Diet:
As far as diet is concerned, they are not very fond of fried foods. They consume a lot of fermented foods, sugarcane, seaweed and fish. They avoid red meat.
And when they eat, they eat slowly. Whenever they eat, they consume only eighty percent. They keep the remaining 20% on an empty stomach. That is, when they feel that they can eat a little more, they stop.
They often take teas that are rich in antioxidants, such as black tea and green tea.
