Dead Eligibility Test… Govt School Teacher’s dream blow… Will Tamilnadu Govt give good news?

Under the Right to Compulsory Education Act in Tamil Nadu, government schools have to write Eligibility Test (TET). It has been in force since 2012. A large number of people passed the teacher qualification test conducted in 2013. But not all were given assignment orders.

A government school teacher’s dreamAfter that a new procedure called competitive examination was introduced. At present government school teachers have to write two exams namely the qualifying exam and the competitive exam. After passing these and getting selected in the certificate verification, the appointment order will be available.

Pass the qualifying examination

So one has to work hard for the dream of becoming a government school teacher. In the last 10 years, tens of thousands are preparing for the teaching profession. Even recently Paper 1 competitive exam was conducted for those who passed the qualifying exam. Its OMR answer sheet will be verified and the exam results will be released soon.

2013 Passed List

In this case, a demand is being made to give jobs to 40 thousand teachers who are waiting to pass in 2013. In this regard, the protest is going on by laying siege to various district collectorate offices.

Competitive examination should be removed

Their demand is that 2013 TET pass candidates should be given jobs. Ordinance 149 should be repealed and the procedure of competitive examination should be abolished. Demands have been made for the immediate implementation of DMK manifesto 177.

M.K.Stal’s attention is needed

Apart from this, the demand of temporary teachers is also becoming an ongoing story. Chief Minister M.K.Stalin has been demanding that special attention should be paid to the above issues and ensure the appointment of teachers.
