Chennai An employment notification has been released to fill the vacant posts of Office Assistant, Driver, Miscellaneous Assistant, Command Executive, Xerox Operator in the District Courts operating under the High Court. A total of 2,329 posts are to be filled. These posts are to be filled on direct appointment basis. Eligible and interested candidates apply before 26.06.2024.

Educational qualification
For the posts of Copy Examiner, Copy Reader, Senior Warrant Officer, Junior Warrant Officer, Warrant Clerk, Photocopier, 10th pass is required.
8th class pass plus driving license required for driving posts.
8th pass for Copy Section Assistant and Office Assistant posts.
For the posts of Cleaner, Gardener, Guard, Night Watchman, Masalji, Cleaner, Waterman/Waterwoman, you should be able to read and write in Tamil.
Age Eligibility
Should be between 18 years to 32 years as on 01.07.2024. There is relaxation in age limit as per Tamil Nadu Government rules.
Salary
For the posts of Copy Examiner, Copy Reader, Senior Commandant, Driver – Rs. 19,500 – 71,900
For Junior Command Executive Posts – Rs. 19,000 – 69,900
For the posts of Command Clerk, Photocopier – Rs. 16,600 – 60,800
For Copy Section Assistant and Office Assistant, Cleaner, Gardener, Watchman, Night Watchman, Masalji, Cleaner, Waterman/Waterwoman – Rs. 15,700 – 58,100
Mode of Selection: Eligible candidates will be selected for these posts on the basis of written test, aptitude test and oral test.
The written test will be conducted in 2 parts. The first part is Tamil Language Aptitude Test. It will be held for 50 marks and 50 questions will be asked. Next 120 questions will be asked from general knowledge and aptitude areas for 120 marks.
