The Lok Sabha elections started on April 19 and are being held in seven phases. The 6th phase of polling is taking place today. June 1 election ends and results for June 4 election will be announced.
As far as Tamil Nadu is concerned, after DMK and AIADMK, Seeman’s Nam Tamilar Party is in third place with 7 percent vote bank. Now BJP is also gaining influence in Tamil Nadu. Annamalai had said that BJP will become the third largest party as far as Tamil Nadu is concerned.
In that regard, the coordinator of Naam Tamilar Party recently met the journalists Seaman. Seeman was then questioned about Tamil Nadu BJP president Annamalai’s speech.
In response to that, Seeman said, “Stand alone and show that you are a man. After June 4th, stand alone and see how many votes the BJP has won. If the BJP gets more votes than the Tamil party, I will dissolve the party and leave.”
The BJP is criticizing this. In that way, BJP candidate for Central Chennai Lok Sabha constituency Vinoj P Selvam has shared a post on his Twitter criticizing Seeman.
In it, “A request to Annan Seeman, who has made a verbal request to dissolve the party if we get more votes than the Tamil party in the constituencies contested by the BJP. You can see the Tamil party losing its deposit and the BJP winning many constituencies in front of your eyes.
But don’t get angry and dissolve the party. Vinoj P Selvam has shared the video criticizing Seeman saying, “Sense of humor and story-telling qualities will disappear in Tamil Nadu’s political arena.”
