It has been announced that you can apply online for free coaching for central government competitive exams under the Naan Muluvan scheme by June 23.
The employment notification for competitive exams has been published in recruitment organizations including Central Government Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Bank Recruitment Board (IBPS), Railway.
In this case, a press release issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu has informed that training classes are going to be conducted under the ‘Naan Multuvan’ scheme to prepare for the competitive examinations. Last year, Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin launched the competitive examination section under the Nan Muluvan scheme. In the Tamil Nadu budget speech for the year 2024-2025, it was announced that 1000 selected students would be provided quality six-month training with food and lodging facilities, with the aim of making the youth of Tamil Nadu more successful in central government and bank job examinations.
According to this, it is mentioned in the notification that “Nan Mutuvan SSC-Railways (SSC cum RAILWAYS) and Banking Jobs” is going to be started through the Nan Mutuvan Competitive Examinations Division operating under the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation.
qualifications
A bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution is required to train under this programme. Candidates must have completed 21 years and not more than 29 years. Candidates should not be born before 02.08.1995. At the same time the age limit will be relaxed as per the government rules.
Method to be selected
1,000 users will be selected for this training. For this, two separate entrance exams will be held on 14.07.2024. Eligible candidates will be selected based on their score. Examination centers will be set up in all 38 districts of Tamil Nadu.
Entrance Exam Syllabus
There will be questions from General Knowledge, Proficiency Questions, English and Maths Sections. Instead of general knowledge, bank job training will consist of bank specific questions.
According to the notification, the students who want to benefit from this scheme can practice for any one of the coaching for bank exams or coaching for SSC-Railway exams. Candidates selected for this training will have to pay a fee of Rs.3,000. It will be returned after completion of training. Accommodation will be provided for this training.
