Director Shankar had decided to produce the film. Then due to some reasons the film could not be made then. So I decided at that time to shoot the God story in the story room number 305 that I had written before.
When I saw it after that, almost six or seven years later, when I thought that I could make that ghost film again, the direction of return was all ghost films. There were ghost films in Tamil cinema. Some of the stories were based on the plot of my film.
That’s why I never touched that movie and Vadivelu also didn’t act in that movie because of that, says Simbudevan. Only then, if Simbu Devan had directed that film, the cinema would have got another film in their alliance.
