Gold Price: Every day there is a rise and fall in the price of gold. Due to reduction in gold and silver import duty in the Union Budget held on 23rd, the price of gold was sold lower.
In this case, the price of gold was low in the first two days of the week and the price of gold rose slightly in the next two days.
As of today (02-08-2024) in Chennai, the price of 22 carat jewelery rose by Rs.240 per gram to Rs.51,680 and Rs.30 per gram to Rs. 6,460 on sale. But on the other hand, silver prices have fallen by 70 paise to Rs 91 per gram and Rs 700 per kg to Rs 91,000.
As of yesterday (01-08-2024) in Chennai, the price of 22 carat jewelery rose by Rs.80 per gram to Rs.51,440 and Rs.10 per gram to Rs. 6,430 on sale. Similarly, silver price rose by 70 paise to Rs 91.70 per gram and Rs 700 to Rs 91,700 per kg.
