Heat wave for next 5 days..Meteorological center gave yellow alert!

Tamilnadu Weather: Yellow alert has been given as heat wave is likely to hit Tamil Nadu for the next 5 days.

Even though the month of May has not even started in Tamil Nadu, the heat has been scorching the people for the past few days. Over the past few days, many districts have been experiencing temperatures of 100 degrees Fahrenheit and above. Due to this, from time to time the Meteorological Center is also giving a yellow alert.

In that regard, the Indian Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert as the heat will increase in Tamil Nadu from today for the next 5 days. Accordingly, from today (April 28, 29, 30, May 1, May 2), the Indian Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert that people should be careful as the effects of heat will increase.

Similarly, the Chennai Meteorological Department has informed that there is a possibility of light rain in Tamil Nadu on April 28, May 2, 3, 4. Due to the presence of a low atmospheric circulation over the Kumarikadal areas, light to moderate rains are likely to occur at one or two places in the Western Ghats districts and adjoining North Tamil Nadu interior districts from May 2.

Also, for Chennai, the sky will remain partly cloudy for the next 24 hours. The Chennai Meteorological Department has announced that the maximum temperature will be around 36-37 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature will be around 27-28 degrees Celsius.
