Summer hair care routine:

Just hang your head down before going to sleep and after waking up. By doing this, the blood flow to the scalp increases. It stimulates hair growth.

Rub the nails of both your hands together at rest. This will improve the blood flow to the roots of the hair.

Shampoo:

Make sure that the shampoo you are using contains natural ingredients like gooseberry, almond, shea butter, and karisalangkanni. Use shampoos that are as chemical-free as possible.

Mix Moringa leaf powder and cardamom powder together, take one spoonful of it and mix it with warm water and drink it in the morning or afternoon and take a glass of buttermilk.

Do this for six consecutive months. Doing this will reduce hair loss and promote new hair growth.

Conditioner:

Most of the people use conditioners after taking a shower. This conditioner gives the hair a soft feel.

Do not drip water on the hair while using this. Squeeze the water out of the hair thoroughly and then apply conditioner. It is better to prepare and use natural conditioner at home as much as possible.

Take water as needed for your hair, mix two drops of vitamin E capsule, two drops of coconut oil and one spoon of aloe vera gel in it and use it as a conditioner for your hair.

Hair Bag:

Use a hair pack at least twice a week. Apply soaked fenugreek seeds, hibiscus leaves, caraway leaves, eggs, curd, whatever you find, before taking a bath and soak it for half an hour and then wash it off. It will nourish your hair.

A simple method available to everyone is to mix egg and curd and use it as a hair pack, which has high protein content.

So if you keep doing it as mentioned above, the hair loss will decrease and the hair will start growing. Follow these for at least six months to reap the benefits.
