Ginger powder 200 gms
Tamarind – Gooseberry sized tamarind
Half a teaspoon of roasted fenugreek powder
2 spoons of ghee
1 spoon mustard- urad dal
1 bunch fenugreek seeds
2 pinches of fenugreek powder
2 spoons of malai powder
Salt
Method: Wash the ginger well, remove the skin and grate it. Keep dissolving the tamarind. Add oil to a pan and stir with mustard- urad dal. Add curry leaves. Add asparagus. Continue adding the ground ginger and stirring. Keep adding chili powder and stirring. Add salt and stir continuously. Switch off the stove when the oil separates.
