Fenugreek porridge not only reduces body heat but also prevents abdominal pain and hair loss caused by body heat. This porridge can be made and drunk during hot summers and women during menstruation.
It is best to drink this porridge in the morning. If you drink it in the evening, the body becomes cold and there is a chance of catching a cold.
Materials Required:
- Fenugreek = 4 tbsp
- Rice=2 tbsp
- Jaggery = as required
- Milk = 200ml
Recipe:
Fenugreek and rice should be washed and soaked separately overnight. Only then will the bitterness go away. Drain the soaked rice water in the morning and grind it in a mixer to form semolina.
Then add fenugreek to it and grind it coarsely. Now heat it with one tumbler of water and add this rice fenugreek to it, add some salt and stir for ten minutes.
After it boils, add jaggery according to your taste and mix it for a minute. Then turn off the stove and mix it with boiled milk. Now fenugreek porridge is ready. You can mix it with coconut milk.
