Chennai : Actor Sivakarthikeyan said that I was the first person who asked Suri to play the hero.
Actor Suri, who used to act only in comedy roles, has started acting in films as a hero. Already, the film Vithuthya, in which he played the hero, is a huge hit among the people, and next he has finished acting in the film Garudan, which is being made under the direction of Iygunar Dhuraisendhil Kumar.
Actor Suri along with Sasikumar, Unni Mukundan Revathi Sharma, Shivatha, Roshini Haripriyaan, Samuthirakani, Maim Gopi, RV Udayakumar, Vadikukarasi, Dushyant, Mottai Rajendran and many other celebrities have acted in this movie. The film will hit the theaters on May 31.
In this case, before the release of the film, the film’s trailer and audio release ceremony was held in Chennai on a grand scale. Vijay Sethupathi, Sivakarthikeyan and Vethimaran attended the function as special guests. Speaking at the function, Sivakarthikeyan said, “Suri is my brother and I am his brother.
I have known my brother for many years. I was the one who asked him to play the hero in the film. I got a chance to work with him in Seemaraja. Then I said to him, brother, you should choose a story like this and act as a hero in the film. He didn’t agree at first and laughed at how I was a hero.
Then he himself came to me and told me that he has got an opportunity to act in the film Liberation directed by Vetrimaran. I was very happy. The film was also well received. Suri Annan is confident that if he acts from now on, he will act as a hero. Sivakarthikeyan also said, “I wish Garu a success like the film Vimithya”.
