74Four persons were seriously injured in an accident involving a tricycle and a heavy vehicle in Savagacheri area of Jaffna.
Near Savagacherry Aadar Hospital. An accident took place this afternoon (28) on the Jaffna-Kandy highway.
The heavy vehicle stopped on the side of the road and before entering the road, the three-wheeler coming from behind lost control of the speed and collided with the vehicle.
The three-wheeler driver and three passengers who were seriously injured in the accident have been admitted to Savagacherry Aadar Hospital.
The Savagacherry police have conducted investigations related to the accident.
