Just Wake Up 45 Minutes Before Sunrise: This Change Happens: Expert Advice

Getting up before the sun peeks over the horizon isn’t just about soaking in the morning silence. According to some, it’s a practice that induces your body into natural drug mode.
Dr. Dimple Jangda shared a video on her Instagram page:

“If you wake up 45 minutes before sunrise and sit upright without doing anything, close your eyes and sit upright. Sitting upright helps the body flush out waste. That will create natural bowel movements.”

Chirag Parjatya, founder of PFC Club, says, “There is no scientific evidence that you should wake up 45 minutes before sunrise. While we have a circadian rhythm, it doesn’t dictate what specific time we wake up. “Detox” is a buzzword in the health, beauty and wellness world. The idea is to periodically remove “toxic waste” from our bodies to stay healthy. However, there is no scientific evidence to support this idea.

Unless you have a serious medical condition, your body is a well-developed system with its own built-in detoxification system and elimination of waste and toxins. It continuously filters, breaks down, and expels toxins and waste products such as alcohol, drugs, digestive products, dead cells, chemicals from pollution, and bacteria.

So, Parjatya mentioned that we don’t have to sit in any particular posture to detoxify the body.

While there is no evidence that waking up at a specific time affects the detoxification process, he said, a growing body of research demonstrates the significant negative impact of circadian disruption on human health.

Shift work, chronic jet lag and sleep disturbances are associated with an increased incidence of metabolic syndrome, which results in obesity, type 2 diabetes and dyslipidemia, Barjatya said.

There are no specific lifestyle or dietary recommendations to improve the waste elimination process in the morning. However, there are many things we can do to support liver health, which is a key component of detoxification. That includes eating less sugar and saturated fat and consuming more fiber, Barjatya recommends
