Jammu & Kashmir: Last Sunday, terrorists attacked a bus carrying 53 passengers from Shiv Ghori temple in Reasi district to Mata Vaishno Devi temple in Katra. 9 people were killed and 41 injured in this terrorist attack.
The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir announced a compensation of Rs 10 lakh each to the kin of the 9 victims of the attack and Rs 50,000 each to the injured. Two days after the attack, the Jammu and Kashmir Police released a sketch of the terrorist who carried out the ambush.
It has also been informed that a reward of Rs 20 lakh will be given to those who provide information about him. The sketch of the terrorist is based on the description of the eyewitnesses.
