Andhra Pradesh: The incident of murder of a trader in Vijayawada-Brindavan Colony has created a lot of excitement. In Brindavan Colony, the man hacked the businessman to death in front of his daughter.
The main reason for this incident is the love affair with the merchant’s daughter. Sri Ramachandra Prasad (trader) from Bhavanipuram Seruvu Center runs a grocery shop in Brindavan Colony. His daughter Darshini is pursuing higher studies in engineering. He used to be friends with Manikandan from Vidyadharapuram on Insta.
Darshan and Manikandan’s friendship blossomed into love and they were in love for four years. After this, when father Ramachandra Prasad came to know about his daughter’s love affair, he warned his daughter that she should study well and settle down in life and concentrate on her studies. Hearing her father’s words, Darshini kept Manikandan aside for a few days.
Enraged by this, Sivamanikanda was on his way to pick up his daughter from Sri Ramachandra Prasad’s house in Bhavanipuram on Thursday when Ramachandra Prasad went there and collided with the bike. Manikandan brutally attacked Sri Ramachandra Prasad who fell down with the knife in his hand. Darshi brought his father who had fallen on the road and made him sit down.. immediately cut him again with a knife.
Manikandan, who did not listen to his beloved Darshini’s cries and pleas, brutally cut his father to death. After that he threatened to kill Darshini. He has warned that he will post videos of himself on social media.
When Sriramchand Rabirasad was taken to a private hospital following the incident, the doctors declared him already dead. Krishna Lanka police investigated the scene and arrested the accused Manikandan. The CCTV footage related to this incident has been released and has caused great shock.
