Madurai-Bangalore Vande Bharat train service to start from tomorrow! Southern Railway not changing the route!

Vande Bharat Trains:

More than 55 Vande Bharat Express trains running between major cities across the country are being provided with additional Vande Bharat trains on a rotational basis for the respective railway lines. Vande Bharat trains with sleeper facility are also being prepared.

Tamilaka Vande Bharat Trains:

Passengers prefer Vande Bharat trains even though the fares are high as these trains run with fully AC facilities, bullet train-like speeds and state-of-the-art safety features. As proof of this, the Vande Bharat trains run from Chennai to various cities in Tamil Nadu have earned a record of 19 crore 20 lakh 10 thousand rupees in the last two months of April and May alone.

Madurai-Bangalore Vande Bharat Train:

In this situation two more Vande Bharat trains are going to be dedicated to Tamil Nadu. A train between Chennai Nagercoil and a train between Madurai and Bangalore were scheduled to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi on June 20, but his visit to Tamil Nadu has now been postponed.

Special train operation:

Earlier, the trial run of Madurai-Bangalore Vande Bharat train was successfully completed. In this situation, Prime Minister Modi’s trip to Tamil Nadu has been canceled, so there has been a change in the launch of this train.

Due to this, Madurai passengers who were waiting for Vande Bharat train for several days were disappointed. Southern Railway has released a happy message to cool them down in this situation. This means that Bharat Special Train from Madurai to Bengaluru will be operated from Wednesday, June 26. It is reported that this special train will be operated till July 29th next month.

Time, Route and Fare:

According to this, the train will leave Madurai tomorrow at 5.15 am and reach Trichy at 7 am and then depart at 7.12 am and reach Bangalore at 1 pm via Karur and Salem.

Similarly, on the same day in the opposite direction, this train will depart from Bengaluru at 1:45 pm and reach Trichy at 7:35 pm and will depart from there at 7:40 pm and reach Madurai at 9:45 pm.

It seems that the same fare may be fixed for the distance of 435 km between Madurai-Bangalore, while the fare for Vande Bharat train running over 400 km is Rs 1300 for AC seat car and Rs 2300 for executive car seat.

Did you request a change of route?

While the people of Madurai have already demanded that if the Vande Bharat train runs through Trichy, the time and fare will increase, so the route of the Madurai Bangalore Vande Bharat train should be changed.
