Popular villain actor Mansoor Ali Khan is known for his controversies. Due to his political desire, he has been traveling and contesting elections in each party for the past 20 years. In the last 2019 Lok Sabha elections, he contested from Dindigul constituency on behalf of Nam Tamilar Party and secured 54,957 votes.
Later, he broke away from the Nam Tamil Party and formed a separate party called the Democratic Tigers of India. In the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections, he contested as an independent from the Vellore constituency. He lobbied differently like doing business in a vegetable shop as usual and putting tea in a tea shop. But at the end of the election, he got only 2804 votes. In this context, he has expressed his concern regarding the Lok Sabha elections.
Speaking at a film event, Mansoor Ali Khan said, “I was just saying that Rahul Gandhi is the prime ministerial candidate of the India Alliance. No one else in the coalition said that. Elections are held for the sake of change. But don’t cheat anyone.
I faced huge trials and put all the money I sold my commodity film in OTT, the money I sold two plots in the bargain, stood for election and worked like a dog and suffered many hardships. But, I had such great experiences that I thought that we were in an election,” he said.
Mansoor Alikhan said that Director Pramera should understand the recommendation given by Justice Sanduru to the school students and said, “Justice Sanduru is a guardian of social justice. You said that there should be no caste.. Then why did they appoint Nirmala Sitharaman as Union Finance Minister? Pon. Radhakrishnan or Tamilisai should have been given that position.. They go directly to the position without meeting the people and without getting votes,” he questioned the Emperor.
Also, “Elan Musk Says Voter Registration Machine Can Be Hacked. I protested about this six years ago. “They dismissed my case in the Supreme Court within two minutes,” Mansoor Ali Khan said.
