NASA has recognized and appreciated the invention of 22-year-old Muneeb Amin Bhatt, a technologist from South Kashmir. His name and invention are included in NASA’s Hall of Fame for other departments that are commemorated.
In this regard, technologist Muneeb Amin Bhatt said, ‘Since my childhood, I have been showing great interest in space exploration. I recently worked in this field at NASA, the American space research agency. During that time I identified a couple of vulnerabilities in their computer data systems. I reported it to NASA. NASA’s safety team checked the report and confirmed that the impacts were real.
I’m very happy that my contribution has played a role in protecting NASA’s data since then. I am also encouraged to see my name mentioned in the Hall of Fame for other areas of NASA’s commemoration.
At the same time, I have worked not only with NASA, but also with big companies like Apple, Intel, Oracle, and I have identified computer data breach vulnerabilities found in the systems of those companies, brought them to their attention and protected those companies. He also mentioned that I have received accolades and cash prizes for this.
