Ola Electric has achieved a historic feat unlike any other electric scooter company in India. The company is India’s No. 1 electric scooter seller. From January 1, 2023 to December 21, 2023, Ola has sold 2,52,647 lakh units. This year Ola Electric has achieved a sales growth of 131% compared to last year’s sales. Ola has 935 showrooms and 392 service stations across India.
Ola sells 20 thousand units in a month. Ola sold 18,353 units in January 2023 and 29,898 units in November 2023.
Ola Electric holds a 30.50% share of the Indian electric scooter market. It is followed by TVS Motors with a share of 19.60% at the second position with 1,62,399 units and Ather Energy at the third position with a share of 12.30% at 1,01,940 units.
In India, Ola sells a total of five electric scooters namely S1 X, S1 X+, S1 Air, S1 pro, and S1 Pro (Gen 2). These scooters are priced starting at Rs 90,000 (ex-showroom) and going up to Rs 1.47 lakh (ex-showroom). It has a maximum range of 191 km.
